Our Guatemala comes from the non-volcanic Huehuetenango region. This is one of the best coffee regions in the country. This region sits at the base of the Cuchumantes, the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America.
The bean has a soft sweet flavor of lemon zest and toffee with a nutty aftertaste.
Ours has a great chocolate flavor that occurs naturally from the roasting process.
